Caterina Davitti
Caterina has been practising yoga since 1987. Her 4-year training as a yoga teacher with the BDY/EYU diploma led her to teaching. It is a deep concern of her heart to be able to pass on the essence of yoga and to support people holistically, to accompany them part of the way. An encounter with cancer is a special and often life-changing situation, during which holistic yoga can be a valuable support. The selection of suitable exercises (asana) support the body, the breathing exercises (pranayama) the soul, meditations the mind.
